Enrolments

HOW TO ENROL

To apply for a place at Clarence Valley Anglican School all students, together with their parent or guardian, firstly meet with our Principal for an Enrolment Interview. This meeting allows us to get to know one another and answer any questions you may have about CVAS. We ask that you bring along the last two Semester reports and NAPLAN, if applicable.

After this meeting we may provide a Letter of Enrolment Offer. This offer is open for fourteen (14) days. To accept the offer of a place the parent or guardian must sign and return the letter to our Enrolments and Marketing Manager, along with a completed online Application for Enrolment form* and provision of all necessary documentation including Birth Certificate and Medicare Immunisation History Statement. An application fee is charged at this point and is credited back on the first fee invoice.

(*The online Application for Enrolment form can also be completed prior to the Enrolment Interview. Please note that if the enrolment does not proceed or a place is not offered the applicant will forfeit the application fee.)

A letter confirming the enrolment is then emailed to the parent or guardian.

AN ENROLMENT IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL IT IS CONFIRMED IN WRITING BY US.

We encourage all families to enrol their children as soon as possible. This includes siblings for subsequent years.
